KodaiDev commits to maintaining the confidentiality of all information provided by the client within the professional relationship. This obligation remains in effect even after the contractual relationship ends.

7. Limitation of liability

  • KodaiDev does not guarantee that the website will be available uninterruptedly or free of errors
  • The results of AI solutions depend on multiple factors, including the quality of data provided by the client
  • KodaiDev's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount invoiced to the client for the services subject to the claim

8. Data protection

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection (LOPDGDD).

9. Modification of terms

KodaiDev reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications will take effect upon publication on the website. Continued use of the website after the publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Tarragona, Spain.
