5. Data processing with AI

The website integrates an AI-based chatbot to assist visitors. Chatbot conversations are processed through third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic or Google). This data:

  • Is processed exclusively to generate relevant responses
  • Is not used to train third-party AI models
  • Is retained only during the user's session, unless the user expressly authorises otherwise

6. Data recipients

Personal data may be shared with:

  • Google LLC: Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console (web analytics and performance)
  • AI providers: OpenAI / Anthropic / Google (chatbot processing)
  • Hosting provider: Banahosting (web hosting)

Some of these providers may be located outside the EEA. In such cases, transfers are carried out with adequate safeguards (European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions).

7. Data retention period

  • Contact form: data is retained until the enquiry is resolved and for the legally established period
  • Chatbot: session data is deleted when the conversation is closed
  • Analytics: according to Google Analytics retention settings (14 months by default)
